Description of problem: When selecting items in Virtual Machines or Templates table, corresponding General sub-tab for that item will be shown by default. In older browsers (such as IE8), showing the General sub-tab takes considerable amount of time and freezes the browser (UI) until the sub-tab is fully rendered. This problem relates to following use-cases: a, Nothing is selected in main table (sub-tab panel is hidden), user selects an item (sub-tab panel is shown) b, There is already an item selected in main table (sub-tab panel is visible), user selects a different item (sub-tab panel is updated) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into UserPortal and switch to Extended view 2. Select an item in Virtual Machines table 3. Observe General sub-tab performance
