Description of problem:
Creating a server with same address as an already added server yields Internal Engine Error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-setup-2.1.0-0.qa6.el6rhs.noarch

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a server to rhsc
2. add a second server to rhsc with the same address/hostname but different name

  
Actual results:

Dialog with the message, "Error while executing action New Host: Internal Engine Error"
Engine log shows that database constraint violation occurred.

Expected results:
Error message similar to.. "Server you are adding has already been added"
