Description of problem: Messages are not getting displayed on events sub tab of volumes when performing operations on volume through CLI.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a volume and start it through CLI.
2. click on the volume created from UI.
3. And now click on the events sub tab of that particular volume.
  
Actual results: Events tab doesn't display any message.


Expected results: The events tab should display a message saying that volume has been started.
