A short description of the bug copied from the upstream tracker: " When admin with admin project delete a instance of common user, QUOTA will update the admin project quota_usages, but I except QUOTA to update the quota_usages common user project " The way to test this would be to make sure that proper user project quotas are updated when deleting user resources with admin account.
Verified with openstack-nova-common-2012.2.3-7.el6ost.noarch Before Admin delete user's instances: -------------------------------------- - User created 10 instances --> Admin Quota Summary Used 10 of 10 Available Instances. - Admin Created 6 instances --> Admin Quota Summary Used 6 of 10 Available Instance After Admin deletes 2 of the user's instances: ---------------------------------------------- - User Quota Summary Used 8 of 10 Available Instances. - Admin Quota Summary Used 6 of 10 Available Instances.
