Description of problem:
Import of templates from an export domain fails with " General command validation failure." on the UI and MAC_POOL_NOT_INITIALIZED exception...

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a clean isntall of RHEVM
2. Attach a NFS export domain with templates
3. Try importing templates (Storage -> Template import ->.... )

I am observing the same problem and more importantly with creation of VMs in general - in any way, I am not able to create any VM though webadmin either directly using New Server/Desktop or by using templates.
