Description of problem:
When you add any gadget on dashboard portlet, it's not possible to DnD the gadget to different position.

CR02/GA

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sign in as any user and go to Dashboard
2. add gadget on dashboard portlet
3. try DnD of gadget on different location on dashboard page -> doesn't work
  
Actual results:
gadget is always on same place

Expected results:
it should be possible to DnD the gadget to any location on dashboard

Additional info:
simple workaround is to remove the gadget and place it again on expected location

Also reproduced on gatein master, verified with Chrome & FF.

It happened between ER02 (3.5.0.Beta01-prod-1) and ER03 (3.5.0.Beta02-prod-1)

This issue was fixed on GateIn-3.5.3.Final and GateIn master at https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-2832.

I've checked this according to comment by Trang Vu and this issue seems to be fixed already.

I've just verify in ER01 the issue is fixed.
