Description of problem:
logs in /var/log/rhn/* /var/log/httpd/* /var/log/tomcat*/* do not get rotated.

i just discovered that i have logs from when i setup my installation 9 months ago. and they keep increasing.

Please note that Spacewalk does not ship httpd nor tomcat* so if their logs are not rotated, there's something wrong with the logrotate or whatever log-rotation service you are using on your system. We configure logrotate to rotate stuff in /var/log/rhn but if logrotate is not enabled, there's not much Spacewalk can do.

what about /var/log/rhn/reposync ? my uncompressed logs have now reached 7.6mb

This BZ closed some time during 2.5, 2.6 or 2.7.  Adding to 2.7 tracking bug.
