Description of problem: Happens every time I exit Eclipse, either by X'ing out or via the File menu. However, it doesn't seem to occur when I'm at a remote machine and tunnelling X11 via ssh. James, can you reproduce with eclipse-4.2.2-6.fc18 ? I follow your instructions but I can't reproduce.
Yes, I could. Unfortunately Eclipse was completely borked after installing the AWS Toolkit for Eclipse a couple days ago. (Eclipse gives me flashbacks of my Windows 9x days sometimes.) I tried everything I could find/think of to recover but couldn't get PyDev right so I finally just wiped out ~/.eclipse and my workspace. Of course now I can't reproduce the original bug. :/ I guess this bug can be closed for now. I'm sure it will eventually come back. As soon as it does I'll reopen it.
