Description of problem:

/usr/share/doc/drupal7-entity-1.0/drupal7-entity-fedora-README.txt says:

If upgrading this module seperately from the core drupal package,                                                                          
be sure to run the http://hostname/drupal6/upgrade.php script after this                                                                   
rpm is upgraded.

This URL should be changed to
http://hostname/drupal7/update.php

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
