Description of problem:
When setting an unlimited specific quota, in the quota tab the Free X(memory/cpu/storage) col shows the unlimited as -1.   

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sf9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in a DC with at least 2 storage domains and at least 2 clusters, create a specific quota.
2. in the created quota set one cluster unlimited and one cluster to 1000Mb and 4 CPU.
3. also set one storage domain to unlimited and a second storage domain to 5GB
4. check the free xxx columns.  
  
Actual results:
the columns show:  free cpu:3, free mem:999, free storage:4.

Expected results:
free cpu:4, free mem:1000, free storage:5.
