Description of problem:

When looking at the advanced details of a brick for a volume, the 'Clients' section does not show the port numbers, only the IP's are shown.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. For a volume that is started, select a brick and click on the 'Advanced Details' button.
2. Click on 'Clients'

  
Actual results:
Only the IPs are shown in the 'Client' column. Port numbers are not shown.
 
Expected results:
Port numbers also should be shown.

The glusterfs version used is glusterfs 3.4.0qa8
