Description of problem:

The test suite natively records results in xml; and the catalog has been udpated to accept compressed xml results and the test suite and catalog have been updated to allow the test suite to upload compressed xml directly to a certification.  The RPM results building can now be remove from the test suite.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.v7 submit
  
Actual results:
build results rpm and compressed xml

Expected results:
only compressed xml
