Cluster Empty left panel
Description of problem:
When selecting a cluster which supports gluster service, in the General sub tab,
an empty panel is shown in the left side.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Clusters tab
2. Select a cluster which supports gluster service
3. Observe the items shown in the General sub-tab
Actual results:
An empty space is shown in the left section.
Expected results:
Cluster properties should be moved left to occupy the empty space.
