installer-check EAP 6.1.0 ER2 situation

This is current situation of installer localization. According to https://engineering.redhat.com/trac/LocalizationServices/wiki/LocalizationPlanEAP61 SW localization should start 2013-03-14 so many of these messages are still yet to be translated.

Verified on EAP 6.1.0 ER8 after installer re-spin.
