Heap-based buffer overflow in Oracle Java 7 Update 17, and possibly other versions, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors, as demonstrated by VUPEN during a Pwn2Own competition at CanSecWest 2013.

This is now fixed in Java SE 7u21 and JavaFX 2.2.21:

Issue is listed as affecting JavaFX component.  Therefore, OpenJDK packages are not affected by this issue.
