Description of problem:

openshift-origin-console.spec in the %post section has:

#selinux updated
/sbin/semanage -i - <<_EOF

At least on centos, the path is /usr/sbin/semanage.  It could only be a problem on rhel/centos.

openshift/master

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build openshift-origin-console
2. Install package
3. See error
  
Actual results:

(from a yum update)

Stopping openshift-console: [  OK  ]
/var/www/openshift/console /
Starting openshift-console: [  OK  ]
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.1KyvTt: line 8: /sbin/semanage: No such file or directory

Expected results:

No error

verified with oso-fedora-122... path semanage is in the system $PATH now.

[root@ec2-23-22-166-80 ec2-user]# which semanage
/sbin/semanage
