We've found a issue in Jboss EPP 5.2.2 about usernames validation.

We've modified the configuration.properties for support specific usernames regex, like this.

GATEIN_HOME/standalone/configuration/gatein/configuration.properties:
gatein.validators.username.regexp=^[A-Za-z0-9._%+-]+$
gatein.validators.username.format.message=Username could contains only lowercase or uppercase letters, numbers, dots and percentage characters

The gatein isn't reading this configuration, and this has been reported like a bug https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-2847

We need a urgent solutions because our customer need this platform in production enviroment.

Issue is duplication of GTNPORTAL-2800 . It's already fixed in latest GateIn master and also in 3.5.x branch
