Description of problem:

Can't install owncloud with EPEL version of php-pear-MDB2:

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot make static method PEAR::raiseError() non static in class MDB2_Driver_Common in /usr/share/pear/MDB2.php on line 995, referer: https://mydomain/owncloud/

This seems to be solved in 2.5.0b4:

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing php-pear-MDB2-2.5.0-0.9.b5.el6 php-pear-MDB2-Driver-mysql-1.5.0-0.8.b4.el6 php-pear-MDB2-Driver-mysqli-1.5.0-0.8.b4.el6 php-pear-MDB2-Driver-pgsql-1.5.0-0.8.b4.el6'
as soon as you are able to.

php-pear-MDB2-2.5.0-0.9.b5.el6, php-pear-MDB2-Driver-mysql-1.5.0-0.8.b4.el6, php-pear-MDB2-Driver-mysqli-1.5.0-0.8.b4.el6, php-pear-MDB2-Driver-pgsql-1.5.0-0.8.b4.el6 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
