Is this reproducible? Not sure how this could happen.

Well, downgraded virt-manager and all was fixed, after update the virt-manager all was fine again.... 

After the fix tried to remove and install it again all was OK ...
Checked the file virtManager was on the place where it should be (when the error popped)
