Description of problem:
Truncation 'Edit Policy' button on General sub-tab pane of Clusters tab.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login Admin Portal.
2. Select Clusters-General sub-tab.
3. Check 'Edit Policy' button. 
  
Actual results:
Truncation 'Edit Policy' button on General sub-tab pane of Clusters tab.

Expected results:
No truncation for 'Edit Policy' button.

Verified, it's fixed on sf14 build: 3.2.0-10.20.master.el6ev
