The server is unreachable and may be down exception

Description of problem:
hit "Esc" button multiple times on search box, throws "The server is unreachable and may be down" exception.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.7.0-SNAPSHOT (b350f10)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to "Inventory-->All Resources"
2. Click on Search box and hit "Esc" multiple times
  
Actual results:
Should not throw any exception

Expected results:
Throws "The server is unreachable and may be down" Exception
