Description of problem:
Recently the up/down arrows on scrollbars have disappeared. I think it happened with the last batch of Mate updates about a week ago. i now get GNOME3 style scroll bars in all apps, Mate apps, firefox, thunderbird etc.

What theme are you using?

Comment 2 Sam Tygier 2013-03-19 11:11:55 UTC
when i opened the appearance settings the scroll bars in firefox immediately regained the old style, but the ones in caja did not. The theme was set to custom.

I have now selected clearlooks. and have the functional old style scrollbars back. so i guess this is just a config error.
