Delete the bundled /usr/lib64/wkhtmltopdf/libQtCore.so.4 which is incompatible with Fedora. (It's probably an older Qt than the system version, so it breaks everything built against the system Qt.)
Oh, and also delete all the other /usr/lib64/wkhtmltopdf/libQt* (maps from comment #8 lists some more) and any other bundled libraries you find in that directory.
