Description of problem:

I created 2 vm's with two thin provision disks and ran the vms and live migrated both disks cuncurrently on both vms. 
after the live migration ended I again live migrated both disks for both vms. 
at that point, vdsm crashed. 
i restarted vdsm after a few hours, stopped the vms and removed the vm's.
engine reports that the vm's were removed but there is a NPE on end action for live migration once I restore the vdsm.

How reproducible:



Steps to Reproduce:
1. create two vm's with 2 thin provoisions disks on iscsi storage
2. run the vms and live migrate all the disks to a second domain
3. once the move is finished repeate step2
4. kill -9 vdsm -> stop the vms

  
Actual results:

end action of Live Storage Migration fails with NPE. 
we can see that DeleteImage (part of live ligration) has failed. 

Expected results:

we should b able to issue an error and not get NPE on end of action.
