Previously If the SPICE proxy was globally enabled, the user may have needed to turn this off per Virtual Machine to connect directly. An option has been added to the 'Edit Console Dialog' to turn off the globally configured SPICE proxy. This option only turns it off only for the current browser, other clients using the same Virtual Machine may still use the proxy.

merged U/S: 669a1a8068a506f318117e1ab04419bc38d680d0 Issue: while Spice proxy is unchecked in console options opening console still uses proxy but this only happens when ClientConsoleModeDefault is Plugin or Auto, it does not happen when it is Native (mime file). OK, sf15. Note down it makes sense only for Windows clients now, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=889601#c20. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory, and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2013-0888.html |
