Adding BuildRequires: perl(Carp) don't installs perl-Carp, only explicit BuildRequires: perl-Carp installs it.
perl claims to Provide perl(Carp): http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=3851739 but does not seem to actually provide it.
