Please drop: /lib/modprobe.d/dist-oss.conf No file installed in /usr/lib must ever tell or encourage people to edit the file, /usr/lib is supposed to be entirely static. Things to edit belong in /etc, but never in /usr/lib. Packages should also not install anything in /etc, if such a file should be shipped to shipped, please drop it in the documentation directory.
