Description of problem: My Windows 7 starter partition was not displayed by grub 2 (only 4 startup options displayed, Windows 7 starter was 5th). I commented out a grub2 option (advanced fedora startup) and my Windows 7 starter partition was displayed as a boot option. I was then able to boot Windows. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 18. How reproducible: Add at least 5 partitions (boot options) to grub.cfg. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add at least 5 partitions (boot options) to grub.cfg. 2. Reboot. 3. Try to boot 5th option. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
Please explain in detail how you created your grub.cfg, exactly which setting you changed, attach grub.cfg before and after version, report the grub version you are using, and show the output of 'os-prober'.
