Doc Text:	Previously, installing the hypervisor with the vlan parameter set to vlan=<vlanid> resulted in a kernel panic. Setting the vlan boot parameter to the format of vlan=<vlanid>:<interface> can be validated within dracut, so the hypervisor installation succeeds.	Story Points:	---
