Description of problem:
When I have the catalina.out file bigger than 17MB and I try open the page "Show Tomcat Logs" (/rhn/admin/Catalina.do) then I get ISE 500.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save original catalina.out
2. Generate text file, what is bigger than 17MB
3. copy this new file into /var/log/tomcat[56]/catalina.out
4. open page https://<satellite>/rhn/admin/Catalina.do
  
Actual results:
ISE 500

Expected results:
Show the last 16MB of records
