fix -- lower MinTime

Description of problem:

bonnie++ on a machine with a 4-disk RAID 5 or RAID 10 array and a Megaraid hardware controller outputs ++++ rather than actual timings for several of the write tests.

[user@machine files]$ bonnie++ -d /data/bonnie/files -s 128g -fb

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

bonnie++-1.96-2.el6

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run bonnie++ as shown in sample output above
2. Examine file creation timings

Actual results:

+++ in write timings

Expected results:

Actual numbers

Additional info:

This has not changed in Fedora rawhide. I've filed this in EPEL because that's where I've tested it, but I suspect it probably applies on Fedora as well.

Proposed solution:

Change MinTime from 0.5 to 0.01, as done in the attached patch. This makes it work for me. I got this patch from https://gist.github.com/waltarix/1891601 and https://github.com/y-ken/bonnie/commit/cef192ebf543a76244fc5e93e9a43d40d80bc101 .

Thanks for the bug report!

I've asked the maintainer of Fedora rawhide for their view on this.
