Description of problem:
Attempt to "bid" in seambay example causes exception.

Exception during request processing:
Caused by javax.servlet.ServletException with message: "java.lang.IllegalStateException: conversation id evaluated to null: PlaceBid"

How to reproduce:
Deploy seambay example, 

log in seambay example 

try to bid on book or art (I've tried those "goods").
