Description of problem:
Unable to create multiple source functions under one physical model in EDS Teiid Designer.  I want to create multiple source functions say LTRIM, RTRIM, TRUNC etc under one physical model and noticed that once I create the first source function by using (right click on model name -> New Child -> Create Source Function) the "Create Source Function" menu item is no longer available to create others.

SOA 5.3, EDS 5.3, Teiid Designer 7.7.2

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a physical model, either by JDBC import or manually
2. Right click on the model and select New Child > "Create Source Function", enter values and save it.
3. Now right click on the same model and select New Child, Create Source Function is no longer available.
  
Actual results:
Option is no longer available.

Expected results:
It should still be there, you should be able to add several source functions.

This was fixed in Teiid Designer 8.0 via TEIIDDES-1495
