***User can't see those fields under the disks tab*** screenshot please. Created attachment 718173 [details]
screenshot
As you can see in the screenshot attached, external filter is not auto-compilting user writing of 'ID'. Therefore, UI is not able to filter by the 'ID' filter.
ID should never be used to filter (like in any other BE). The Lun ID, serial, etc. fields belonging to LUNs (as opposed to images) should, of course, be exposed to the search. This is essentially an RFE - this was never implemented in 3.1, and hasn't worked since. IMHO, it could be defered to 3.3 Sean - your input? (In reply to comment #5) > This is essentially an RFE - this was never implemented in 3.1, and hasn't > worked since. > > IMHO, it could be defered to 3.3 > Sean - your input? Agreed, we will review it with the content of 3.3 Serial, Vendor ID, Product ID are not part of the fields in the disks main tab, so we can't search them Going over the Disks main tab we are missing the following fields in the search: 1. Attached To 2. Virtual Size (In reply to Maor from comment #9) > Serial, Vendor ID, Product ID are not part of the fields in the disks main > tab, so we can't search them > > Going over the Disks main tab we are missing the following fields in the > search: > 1. Attached To > 2. Virtual Size Correction: Attached To - is being filtered by "number of vms" Virtual Size - is being filtered by "provisioned_size" Closing old bugs. If needed please reopen and explain why. |
