Description of problem:

Disable the unconfined modules produces an error.

How reproducible:

reinstall the policy, and it errors when you disable these modules.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update selinux-policy
2. semodule -d unconfined unconfineduser
3. errors
  
Actual results:

# /usr/sbin/semodule -d unconfined unconfineduser

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing selinux-policy-3.11.1-90.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
