Description of problem:
I have setu a VM Pool. VNC Console was setup for the VM pool.
When a VM is started automatically (prestarted vm) or by the Request from User Portal (get VM), its console will be configured to SPICE instead of VNC. In the configuraton Dialog VNC is still the configured option and also in User Portal. But in the VM list in the Admin Portal SPICE is the assigned console for the VM.

Normal start of the VM from the Admin Portal works as normally.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
oVirt Engine Version: 3.2.1-1.fc18

How reproducible:
Setup new VM Pool with VNC as Console Option
Setup at least one Prestarted VM or get a VM from User Portal

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup new VM Pool with VNC as Console Option
2. Setup at least one Prestarted VM or get a VM from User Portal
3. Wait for VM has been booted

Actual results:
Unable to connect to VM console without SPICE Plugin installed
or from Browser different from IE (Chrome from example)

Expected results:
Console button is Activated, and VNC Credentials Dialog appears when pressed console button.

this is supposedly fixed.
Moreover the 3.3 brings new Display Options dialog (see http://www.ovirt.org/Features/Console_connection_settings_dialog_in_portals)
