Currently, the only way to deploy an agent plugin is to manually log into RHQ's GUI and upload the plugin archive. Being able to deploy an agent plugin through the REST API would allow plugin developers: * to test their code on a remote RHQ integration testing server * to achieve continuous deployment of their plugin code (pushing the archive from a Jenkins job for example)
