Verified in latest headpin nightly and now the default_organization and default_environment are shown as expected in "user info" command.

headpin> user create --username name1 --password **** --default_organization="ACME_Corporation" --default_environment="Library" --email test --disabled=TRUE --default_locale=en
Successfully created user [ name1 ]

headpin> user info --username name1
