Description of problem:

trying to re-install host which already exists in the system but share the same uuid as one of the other hosts in the systems, we get the following event:

Failed to install Host cougar10. Step: RHEV_INSTALL; Details: Failed to install host cougar10.scl.lab.tlv.redhat.com, host already exists in oVirt.

please replace oVirt with rhevm or engine.

in 3.3, the message is:
