Description of problem:

1) host is running live vms
2) put host into maintenance
3) engine starts to migrate all running vms and change host state into 'preparing to maintenance'
4) during migration process, vms change status to pause (due to storage issues\libvirt issues)
5) host remains in the interim state for good

expected results (options);

1) roll-back
2) try to re-activate vms 
3) migrate vms in their current state

closing as dup of bug 893021
its different scenario but same result - vm fails to migrate and host stay in preparing for maintenance, there is no current solution for this and discussion is on that bug.
