Doc Text:	When viewing the properties of a resource adapter (RA) in the web management console, it was possible that the adapter's properties became editable fields, allowing existing fields to be changed or deleted, and new fields added. These fields should have been presented as read-only fields, since there is no functionality for editing them in the web management console. If any such field was edited, the edited values would remain in their edited form, yet not be stored in the resource adapter's configuration file. This issue was now been resolved and the properties of all resource adapters now remain presented as read-only fields.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. navigate to a connection definition of a RA (resource adapter) 
2. navigate to the "properties" tab and click at any of them 
3. click at other connection definition 
4. click on the previous connection definition
5. this time the property field is in a text field to edit, the user can type anything and click at anywhere in the screen, the field retain the changes. It is possible to do it with all the fields.
