workaround for chdir problems in older paramiko versions

obnam-1.3-1.el6 does not work over sftp at all with the python-paramiko version delivered by EPEL. A workaround is included in obnam 1.4, I've also attached the specific changeset as a patch here (see also http://vlists.pepperfish.net/pipermail/obnam-flarn.net/2013-April/000709.html) and I can confirm that it makes the sftp plugin work.

Thanks for the report -- Obnam 1.4 landed while a bugfix update to Obnam for el6 was in the process of being pushed out, and the Obnam 1.4 update slipped through. Will push it now

Package python-cliapp-1.20130313-1.el6, python-ttystatus-0.22-1.el6, summain-0.18-1.el6, cmdtest-0.6-1.el6, obnam-1.4-1.el6, python-larch-1.20130316-1.el6:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing python-cliapp-1.20130313-1.el6 python-ttystatus-0.22-1.el6 summain-0.18-1.el6 cmdtest-0.6-1.el6 obnam-1.4-1.el6 python-larch-1.20130316-1.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
