Description of problem: After installing current F19 Alpha and going through gnome-initial-setup to an initial gnome session the gnome-welcome-tour program starts fullscreen but nearly always it does not show anything just a blank light grey screen. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-initial-setup-0.8-3.fc19 How reproducible: 95% Steps to Reproduce: 1. install f19 and go through gnome-initial-setup and start gnome session 2. logout and login again Actual results: 1. screen goes light grey but can't see welcome tour 2. ditto Escape closes it and shows gnome-help page with 3 intro video thumbnails. Expected results: Welcome tour intro video to be visible not just grey-white screen. Additional info: The video seemed to play more earlier.

I changed UI Langauge (Settings->Region & Language->Langauge->English (United States)) and logout->Login, Welcome tour intro video is Working, but if changed langauge to Japanese (or Hindi), Video again failed to run and Gray Screen appear.
