Description of problem:
geo-rep start force should not fail in the event that the geo-rep session is already active. It should try to spawn gsyncd in the nodes where/if gsyncd is not running. The command should also not fail if it is unable to spawn gsyncd
in any of the nodes, rather it should spawn gsyncd in the rest of the nodes and succeed.

geo-rep stop force should not fail in the event that the geo-rep session is not running. It should also not fail if it is unable to stop gsyncd in some of the nodes, rather it should stop gsyncd in the rest of the nodes and succeed.

because of the large number of bugs filed against mainline version\ is ambiguous and about to be removed as a choice.

If you believe this is still a bug, please change the status back to NEW and choose the appropriate, applicable version for it.
