The packages were renamed from qpid-proton and qpid-proton-devel to qpid-proton-c and qpid-proton-c-devel, respectively. However, the specfile didn't properly obsolete the old packages and mark the new ones as replacements. This causes updates to fail when yum attempts to install the new packages.
