Description of problem:
When pressing the "Calculator" key on my keyboard, gcalctool is invoked but it is not given focus.  It had focus in previous releases.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-3.8.0.1-2.fc19.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Press the Calculator key
2.Start typing the calculation you wanted.
  
Actual results:
Calculation lost as keyboard focus is not on calculator.

Expected results:
gcalctool has focus.

This is a wider problem -- the same thing happens with Firefox too.

Maybe, this issue is a duplicate of #969021
