Steps to Reproduce: 
  * Portal should be in Local Language


  * Click on Virtual Machines Tab
  * Click one of the following actions to open a new window
      + New Server
      + New Desktop
      + Edit
  * Check the Host tab
    
Actual results: 
The following dropdown list items under "Run/Migration Options" are unlocalized:

Allow manual and automatic migration
Allow manual migration only
Do not allow migration

Expected results:
They all have to be localized

Additional information:
Confirmed that those strings have not been pushed to Zanata yet.
To translate those strings, please push them to zanata.

Verified, it's fixed on sf16 build: 3.2.0-10.25.beta3.el6ev
