Steps to Reproduce: 
  * Portal should be in Local Language


  * Click on Virtual Machines Tab
  * Select a VM from the list
  * Click "Network Interfaces" sub-tab in the Details Pane and check the column header



Actual results: 
"Link State" and "Port Mirroring" column headers are truncated.

Expected results:
It should all be fully visible.
