Description of problem:

By default, new SwitchYard project's build paths expect JavaSE-1.6 - this is the case even if Java 1.7 is installed and is the default JRE.

A Warning is raised when a new SwitchYard project is created:

Build path specifies execution environment JavaSE-1.6. There are no JREs installed in the workspace that are strictly compatible with this environment.
