Are you still able to reproduce the same abort?
Yes. I created a new user and reproduced the problem. The problem happens on a system where GNOME was installed first from the DVD and then a groupinstall of KDE. I've not yet installed a KDE only system to test.
I have done the same system. Maybe some modules are broken in your system. From the stack, it would not be an ibus issue.
Hard to believe as this is a fresh install. It doesn't hurt anything since ibus works fine and subsequent logins don't exhibit the abrt. FWIW, this is a Vbox VM.

I think now Fedora 19 beta is available. Are you still able to reproduce the same abort?
The problem does not happen with the most current beta....
